Rhubarb Cake

1 ½ c white sugar

½ c butter

1 egg beaten

2 c flour

1 tsp soda in

1 c sour cream

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

2 c rhubarb

Topping

¼ c butter

½ c brown sugar

½ c cocoanut

Mix cake and then add topping

Bake at 350 F for 35 min or ‘til done
