Soak 1 cup wild rice overnight.
Boil in lots of water uncovered until most grains curl.
Sauté
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 cup chopped celery
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
Fold mixture into the rice.
Bake in a covered casserole at 350° for 45 minutes.
